World of Potential and Happiness Foundation

My professional path and life mission is to discover human potential and the possibilities that lie dormant in every person. After many years of working in the field of parental coaching, I decided to establish a foundation dedicated mainly to young people. I am a mother of three boys and I know that in today’s world, entering adulthood is a journey that requires appropriate support. After years of of family coaching and raising boys according to the principles of conscious parenting, which I am an advocate of, I can see there is still so much to be done in this area. The potential in young people very often lies dormant, which is why by establishing the World of Happiness and Potential Foundation, I aim to give young people the support they really need, although they don’t know they need it.

Our Mission

A desire to understand and notice someone are the greatest gifts we can give to others. At the World of Happiness and Potential Foundation, we help young people feel that they are safe, seen and heard, without judgement. I know that when a young person feels safe, they will start to believe that they can truly be themselves. They will not have to pretend to be someone or something that they are not. The feeling that they are enough is the first step to awakening their potential – to reach the gifts that are very often dormant in every person.

Our 3 Key Principles that guide all our work:

Quite simple, right? However, when we begin to analyze our own behaviors in terms of the above principles, it turns out that we often choose half-measures, because we simply lack the tools to believe in life 100%. At the foundation, we help young people believe in and discover their unique individual gifts that give them a huge range of possibilities and potential. Our work begins with by applying the Ignition Method, of which I am the first certified coach in Poland. This program supports young adults in discovering their dormant potential.

Each of us is born with unique abilities and challenges. The Ignition method helps us use our natural abilities in everyday life and eliminate our focus on those areas that are not a good fit. Once we get to know ourself and start applying our abilities properly, it turns out that we can do much more than we think we can. My considerable experience with this method has helped many people believe in the possibility of living life 100%, which is why I want to share this ground breaking tool further – by focusing on young people who so desperately need the world to blow on their wings.
